2026 Executive Board
Elly Principi – Chapter President

Why GPhi?
I chose Gphi because of the overwhelming sense of love and support I felt from the moment I stepped in. What stood out most to me was the way every girl genuinely uplifted one another, celebrating each other’s feelings, accomplishments, and individuality. It’s clear that everyone is valued for who they are and what they’re passionate about. Gphi is a group of high-achieving women who not only strive for success but also deeply prioritize their friendships and the people closest to them. Being part of this community has helped me feel like I’ve truly found my place, and I’m constantly inspired by the people around me to grow into the best version of myself.
Favorite GPhi Memory?
One of my favorite memories from Gamma Phi Beta goes back to my very first year. During my freshman year, one of the girls in my member class invited us all to her childhood home for a night of s’mores. As we sat around the campfire, we each took turns sharing our life stories, our families, friendships, passions, interests, and dreams. As young adults all away from home, we found ourselves opening up to what were, at the time, strangers. That night, I realized I had found a group of women I truly felt safe with. Everyone listened so intentionally and cared about each person’s story in a way that felt genuine and rare. To this day, I look back on that night with so much fondness. It was one of the first times I truly got to know some of my closest friends, and they got to know me. Relationships like those are hard to come by, and I found that at Gamma Phi Beta.
Liliana Pohl – Administrative Vice President

Why GPhi?
Gamma Phi Beta felt like home from the moment I walked through the doors during community round of primary recruitment. The women I spoke with were genuinely interested in who I am today and the person I aspire to become. GPhi felt like a space for me to learn and grow as I transitioned from high school and life at home to college and early adulthood. I talked to girls from all different walks of life pursuing so many different interests and knew that Gamma Phi Beta would encourage me to become the best version of myself. The girls in this chapter are always uplifting and supporting each other, celebrating the highs, and comforting one another during the lows. Since joining GPhi I have learned so much about myself and the truly beautiful women I am surrounded by. This chapter is a constant source of inspiration and strength and I could not be more grateful for the lessons I have learned and lifelong friendships I have made.
Favorite GPhi Memory?
My favorite memory from GPhi so far was our green room sleepover at the end of our freshman year! It was such a fun time to look back at our first yar together and reminisce!
Maggie Bratrud – Education Vice President

Why GPhi?
I chose GPHI because from the moment I walked in during recruitment, I felt completely at home. The girls were genuine, kind, and confident, and I left feeling truly empowered. I knew right away these were the people I wanted to surround myself with. Joining GPHI has given me a support system I didn’t even know was possible. Every day, I feel so grateful for the connections I’ve made. No matter what kind of day I’m having, I know there’s always someone there to support me and lift me up. Being part of this chapter has truly shaped my college experience in the best way. I’m so proud to call GPHI my home.
Favorite GPhi Memory?
My favorite GPHI memory was freshman year, when we all slept out on the Green Room deck. Being surrounded by my best friends in that moment brought me so much joy. We spent the night laughing and reminiscing about all the amazing memories we had already made in just one year. In that moment, it just felt so clear that I was exactly where I belonged, surrounded by people who truly felt like home. We also got to celebrate my birthday that night, which made it even more special. It made me so excited for all the memories we still have ahead of us.
Riley Mcelgunn – Membership Vice President

Why GPhi?
Coming into recruitment I was looking for a new group of friends to make college the best experience possible, a fresh start. Three years later, I can proudly say that I have met the most inspirational and driven women that I am so lucky to call my friends. Gphi has given me the community I have always dreamed of, the members of this house love each other with no condition and spend every day making sure those around them grow into the best version of themselves. Gphi has without a doubt made me into the woman I am today!
Favorite GPhi Memory?
I might be biased, but having the opportunity to share my growth with the people who made it happen will always be the highlight of my year. Spending two weeks during Recruitment catching up with my friends after the long summer and reflecting on the love we have for each other fills my bucket like no other! Bonus is especially when we get to bring the new MC home, seeing the smile on their faces is priceless.
Mallory Roberts – Financial Vice President

Why GPhi?
Gamma Phi Beta stood out to me because of the genuine, supportive environment I felt from the moment I met the girls. I was looking for a place where I could grow, be myself, and be surrounded by people who are kind and driven, and GPhi embodied all of that. What I really love is how the girls uplift each other, not just within the chapter, but in everything they pursue on campus and beyond. Since joining, I’ve felt encouraged to step outside my comfort zone, get involved, and strive for personal growth, all while having a strong support system behind me. To me, being a Gphi means finding a community that pushes me to be my best while always making me feel at home
Favorite GPhi Memory?
Some of my favorite GPhi memories is freshman year when I lived in the Sleeping Porch. Sharing a room was such a special time and I am grateful for all the fun memories we made living together. The porch was a place where we could all collectively hang out, share stories, watch movies, and spend time together making friendships!
Kylie Baldwin – Panhellenic Vice President

Why GPhi?
Coming into college, I wanted to find a group of girls with whom I could experience the next four years. I knew during recruitment that I would find that and more in this house. Gphi has given me the best support system I could have ever asked for. I admire how we all celebrate each other’s wins and care for one another in times of need. I feel inspired every day by each girl in this house, as they all work towards their goals and push me to work towards mine. It is never a dull day with the girls here, and there is always something new and exciting for us to experience together.
Favorite GPhi Memory?
My favorite memory at Gphi was when we held a Galentine’s at one of our houses. We all sat around a table, snacking on a charcuterie board and other treats while doing watercolor painting. Everyone got to share their plans for the weekend and connect while creating a gift or something to keep. We all had such a good time just being with one another and listening to who and what was important to everyone for that holiday.
Allison Shaffer – Public Relations Vice President

Why GPhi?
I knew that Gphi was my forever home when I attended Gphi’s Philanthropy round party. I found myself opening up to a senior Gphi that I had met 5 minutes ago, telling her a story that even some of my closest friends at home might not know about me. The comfort that I felt in that moment to trust her with my emotions and the information was everlasting, and is still the same comfort I feel within these walls today. I felt the immediate welcoming nature, kindness, and pure care that this house fosters, and knew it was something I wanted to be a part of. The women that surround me are my biggest support systems, and I know that they’ll be with me for the rest of my life.
Favorite GPhi Memory?
My favorite Gphi memory was our last night of Freshman year altogether as an MC. I am from out of state, as are many other girls in my class, and before any of us left, all of us had a massive slumber party on Green Room deck and reminisced on our favorite parts of our year. We got snacks, got comfy, and we laughed and cried, but the most important part about it was that we were all together for the last time before our first summer away. Two girls made two long slideshows that showcased the highest of highs and the lowest of lows of our year, this moment showed me how truly special this group of women are to me.
